Tianli Clad-metal Materials Co.,Ltd. is the grandfather of the clad
metal materials research development of the Northwest Nonferrous Metal
Institution.We engaged in the research on the layer clad metal materials
in 1965 and became the famous High-Tech industrialization company
which leading the clad metal materials research .Our company was established
in the 25th of the December,2003 and was sponsored by western metal
materials co.Ltd. with other 4 shareholders .Our company registed
in the Xi’an economic technology develop zone and the plant located
at Baoji, titanium city of china.The registered capital is 70million,60％state
stock ,40％private stock. At present, our company invest 1 billion
at Xian Jingyang develop zone to establish the production line of
the clad metal material with the 10 thousand productivity. This project
was identified as the normal project item of the national high-tech
industrialization .The superiority of the Tianli company in the field of clad metal material are as follows: ⑴ Tianli company engaged in the technology research of the layer clad metal material explosive welding in 1965.We have already successfully mastered the explosive welding technology and production technology of the clad materials in 1970. ⑵ We began our research on the national important project and clad material research used on military from 1971. ⑶Our company began industrialization in 1981.The main achievements are as follows : a. Provided numerous clad metal materials in the field of the petrol, chemical industry, vacuum salt industry, electrician and so on. b. Realized the rare clad metal material exporting to Japan, korea, Italian from the 90s. c. The only domestic clad metal material provider used on military. Drafte the related military clad metal material standard . d. Due to the high technical requirement the clad metal material used in the field of chemical PTA key equipment,critical power station auxiliary machine and the thermal power smoke desulfulization mainly depended import before 2000.Our company filled the gap and realized the state owned providing. ⑷ Our company made great achievements during 40years development and the represent achievements are as follows: a. The first set Ti/steel clad plate equipment of china with 240 thousand ton carbamide urea productivity per year and got the second prize of the national scientific conference in 1978. b. The research on the Ti/stainless steel transition connector and drafting the military standard of GJB3979-99.The research achievements got the second prize of the nonferrous corporation scientific progress of china in1998. c. Drafted and made the national standard of the Ti/steel clad plate and the Ti/stainless steel. The achievement also got the second prize of the nonferrous corporation of china in 1989. d. Explosive clad metal material—the excellent item of the torch program. e. As the leading enterprise of clad metal material ,the layer clad metal material of our company was identified as normal project item of the national High—tech industrialization ,and also got the national voluntary assistance and the loan on favorable terms by bank in 2005. ⑸ Our company cultivate many experienced professionals in the past 40 years. ⑹ Our company passed the ISO9000 certificate of the Classification Society of China and was appointed as the High—tech enterprise by Shaanxi scientific technology office. ⑺ The products of Tianli passed many domestic customers certificate. a. Passed the quality certificate of DONG HWA PRECISION CO,LTD of Korea in the December of 1999and became the qualified clad metal material provider. b. Passed the quality certificate of the famous MITSUI ENGINEERING & SHIPBUILDING CO,LTD of Japan in February of 2000 and became the qualified clad metal material provider c. Passed the quality certificate of the famous of ALSTOM company of French on the 24th of June, 2000 and became the only qualified clad metal material provider. d. Passed the certificate of Shanghai power equipment Co. Ltd., which is the domestic famous power station auxiliary machine provider and became the qualified provider on the 24th of August ,2004. e. The only Ti/Steel clad plate provider of the PTA project of The English Petrol BP company in the November of 2005.
